Foot Salt Soak

**Please note, Salt Soak blends are supplied in biodegradeable, home compostable,  pouches. These pouches are not designed for long term storage, please decant into your own beautiful upcycled container **

Aching or forgotten feet? It's time for some foot tlc with "Fresh" foot salt soak. An invigorating, yet soothing, blend of Lavender and Mint essential oils. 

A foot soak is the perfect choice when you are short on time or not someone that likes to soak in the bath! The therapeutic effects of soaking your feet can be felt throughout your whole body.

Instructions for use;

• Add 1-2 tbsp of salt soak blend to a bowl of warm water. Soak feet for a minimum of 10 minutes (twenty if possible)
• For extra exfoliation don't add salts to water, instead pour the salt blend into the palm of your hand and gently massage damp feet. Add a little vegetable oil if extra moisturisation is preferred (for example olive or sunflower oil). Pay particular attention to heels. After massaging soak your feet in the warm water which will now have dissipated the salts. Bliss!
• Gently towel dry
  
  This foot soak contains peppermint oil and is not to be used on children under 3 and if you are pregnant. Please use one of our other bath salt soak blends which can also be used as a foot soak.
